Our Commitment
At BRIXTON Promotion / Passion Enterprises, we understand that your recordings may be unique, irreplaceable, and of significant personal, cultural, or commercial value.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safe handling, digitisation, storage, and return of all media entrusted to us.

Return of Original Media
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original media supplied to us will be returned to the customer following completion of the digitisation project.
This includes:
* Reel-to-Reel Tapes
* Compact Cassettes
* DAT Tapes
* MiniDiscs
* Vinyl Records
* VHS Tapes
* VHS-C
* Betamax
* Hi8 & Video8
* MiniDV
* CDs and DVDs

Inspection Before Return
Before media is returned, we:
✓ Verify that digitisation has been completed
✓ Ensure digital files have been delivered or approved
✓ Repackage media securely
✓ Record return tracking information
✓ Photograph items where appropriate for insurance purposes

Customers may choose:
Standard Return Service
Tracked and signed-for delivery.
Express Courier Service
Available via:
* Royal Mail Special Delivery
* DHL
* UPS
* FedEx
* DPD
Additional charges may apply.

Digital File Delivery
Digital files can be delivered via:
* Secure Download Link
* Cloud Storage
* USB Flash Drive
* External Hard Drive
* CD/DVD (where appropriate)
Digital delivery charges may apply depending on the chosen method.

Lost or Damaged Media
Whilst every effort is made to protect customer property, analogue media can sometimes be fragile due to age, storage conditions, and deterioration prior to arrival.

BRIXTON Promotion / Passion Enterprises cannot guarantee successful recovery of all recordings.
We are not responsible for:
* Existing tape deterioration
* Sticky Shed Syndrome
* Mould contamination
* Previous damage
* Broken or missing tape sections
* Poor original recordings
Any risks identified during inspection will be discussed with the customer before work begins.

Unclaimed Media
Completed projects must be collected or shipping arrangements confirmed within 90 days of completion.
After 90 days:
* Storage fees may apply
* We may contact customers to arrange collection
* Unclaimed media may be archived or disposed of after extended periods where no response has been received
Reasonable efforts will always be made to contact customers before any action is taken.

Cancellation Policy
If work has not commenced, customers may cancel their order without charge.
If digitisation, restoration, or archive work has already begun, charges may apply for:
* Inspection time
* Preparation work
* Cleaning
* Restoration services
* Digitisation already completed

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digitisation and preservation services:
Refunds may be offered if:
* We are unable to perform the agreed service
* Equipment failure prevents completion
* A project is cancelled before work begins
Refunds are generally not available for:
* Completed transfers
* Completed restoration work
* Customer dissatisfaction with original recording quality
* Media that cannot be recovered due to pre-existing damage

Customers may arrange collection by appointment from:

International Customers
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:
* Export and import documentation
* Customs declarations
* Applicable duties and taxes
* Courier charges
We recommend using fully tracked and insured shipping services for valuable or irreplaceable media.

Confidentiality & Security
All recordings and materials submitted remain the property of the customer.
BRIXTON Promotion / Passion Enterprises will:
✓ Handle all materials confidentially
✓ Never publish or distribute recordings without permission
✓ Securely store digital files during processing
✓ Delete temporary working files when projects are completed unless archive storage has been requested
